Forms of Payment
MICHAEL NUSSKERN accepts the following forms of payment: Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover). Cash and Gift Certificates are accepted in-store only.
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order.
An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within three (3) business days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Please note that you must supply us with your valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.
We do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States.
All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. If you would like to release signature please notate that in the comments box at checkout. Should you request delivery without signature, you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
MICHAEL NUSSKERN Online Store DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders will be dispatched within three (3) business days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until the following business day. No orders will ship or deliver on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday.
For overnight or next day air shipping, please call us at (949) 759-5500 during regular business hours and we will do our best to arrange and expedite your shipment.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns can be made within ten (10) days of the original shipping date in store to either our Newport Beach location for exchange or store credit ONLY.
If you are unhappy with a purchase from shop.michaelnusskern.com, you may submit an RMA REQUEST online which is located under your order history. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the original shipping date. Any discounted or sale merchandise are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange. You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns/exchanges, and the items must not have been worn, altered, or washed, with tags still attached. We will credit the card on which the purchase was made. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

MICHAEL NUSSKERN does not disclose any of your personal information that you provide either during registration or in your profile without your consent. All of our customers' profile information is stored on a restricted database server and is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. Profile information will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner.
